Welcome to all the new subscribers from our Product Hunt launch! Each week, I share who’s raised funding from the best investors.
As always, the goal is to make this the most useful update for you, so send me feedback! Here we go:
Notion | SaaS | 💸 $275M Series C from Sequoia | 180 employees 👤
What they do: A better question might be… what doesn’t Notion do? Not only is it software for notes, tasks, wikis, it also generates millions in independent income for Notion creators
What I like: It has the stickiness of enterprise and the rabid fanbase of consumer — a winning formula for outlier success; at $10B valuation and <200 employees, Notion is also setting records for valuation per capita
Hiring: 60 roles incl. PMs, engineers, designers, sales in SF, NYC, remote
TrialSpark | Health | 💸 $156M Series C from Sequoia | 100 employees 👤
What they do: Automate and streamline the clinical trial process: 1.9X faster enrollment and 50% faster drug development timelineÂ
What I like: Fixing a massively broken part of the economy; founder with strong science background
Hiring: 20 roles incl. PMs, marketers, engineers, ops in NYC, Boston, Austin, DC
Sprig | Analytics | 💸 $38M Series B from A16Z and Accel | 60 employees 👤
What they do: Makes it fast and effortless for product teams to learn from customers in real-time
What I like: Sticky business model; early enough for massive upside; experienced founder
Hiring: 15 roles incl. PM, designers, engineers, sales in SF, LA, Austin, DC, remoteÂ
