What they do: Build platform for companies to manage the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding new hires to keeping employee data updated across all systems
What I like: I file this under high-likelihood to IPO; they’ve built the boring infrastructure no company would build in-house, and attracted an app store’s worth of integrations that keeps them at the heart
Hiring: 100+ roles incl. product, eng, design, sales, ops in SF, NYC, Seattle, Bangalore, remote
Sprinter Health | Health | 💸 $33M Series A from A16Z, Accel | 20 employees 👤
What they do: Sprinter Health is an on-demand mobile health company that sends full-time nurses into the home to perform lab draws and check vitals
What I like: Every healthcare company will become a home health company, and Sprinter Health is leading the charge
Hiring: 12 roles incl. product, marketing, eng, ops, clinical in SF Bay Area, LA
MarqVision | E-Commerce AI | 💸 $5M Seed from YC | 30 employees 👤
What they do: Helps brands remove counterfeits from online marketplaces through AI-powered platform
What I like: A great fear of any successful brand is counterfeits; love that this business is solving a massive headache for those with means to pay but are far less tech-savvy
